All our helpers go thorugh a compulsory training programme to ensure that they are well-equipped with a positive mindset and the necessary skills to provide quality work upon deployment. Supiah
Head Trainer
Supiah has worked over 15 years in Singapore with many completed employment contracts. Since 2010s, she has been an instrumental figure in ensuring that all maids are trained according to our high standards. She also leads the training team to assess any room for improvements.
Ahtik
Practical Trainer
Ahtik has worked in Singapore for more than 2 decades and her duties primarily is to focus on the practical aspects of training such as cooking and doing household chores. She also briefs the helpers before they depart to Singapore so that the helpers are mentally prepared for work overseas.
Tuti
English Trainer
Tuti main task is to teach English to our Indonesian helpers so that they can communicate effectively when they arrive in Singapore to work. Tuti speaks and write English well and has working experience in Singapore. She also helps to counsel the workers when they encounter issues working in Singapore.
